Non-disclosure agreement

In consideration of receiving the product I am about to purchase (hereinafter as “the Product”), and getting all related course material, I hereby agree and acknowledge that the Product and the related course material will disclose to me proprietary information belonging to Better Trader Ltd. In consideration of receiving the proprietary information of the Program and related course material, I declare that:

1. I have purchased the Product for my own personal benefit and no one else’s. I have not been asked by anyone else to purchase the Product for their benefit.

2. I acknowledge that the Product is designed for training purposes only and I make my trading and investment decisions purely based on my own knowledge, reliability and risk. Using these codes in live trading is purely my decision and the authors, as well as Better Trader Ltd, carries no liability for my decisions and acts.

3. I will not disclose to others any content of the Product in any form without express written permission from Better Trader Ltd.

4. I will not train others with the knowledge contained in the Product and the related course material, nor am I affiliated, either directly or indirectly, with any organization involved in trader training or teaching.

5. I understand that should I intentionally or by my own negligence allow others access to the content of the online information related to the Product and related course material or share training content, resell, repackage or teach others without being authorized by Better Trader Ltd in writing to do so, I am both personally and financially responsible for covering the damage occurred from such a breach. For the sake of clarity, I understand that in case of a breach of these conditions I will be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages.

In the event of a breach of any of these conditions, I agree that Better Trader Ltd may notify any third party of the existence of this Non-Disclosure Agreement, and Better Trader Ltd shall be entitled to full injunctive relief for any breach including, but not limited to, the relief outlined in paragraph five (5) above.
